Learning to edit film with Euston films in 1981,  I spent many years editing all genres of programmes for Broadcast across the UK.


Film and tape came and went but the skills and knowledge I accumulated will always be my foundation. There are certain things only experience can teach .

These skills led me to become a shooting, editing, director.

Having worked worldwide with all sorts : from experienced film makers to people who have never seen their own image before, I know that ultimately good filming is about connection, respect and listening .

Edit suite, cameras, sound kit, Drone, Osmo and Music Studio - are all my standard tools.
As technology evolves so have I and I always have batteries charged and a camera kit packed.

Whenever possible I create music for films I make - often using recordings from location.

As a trainer I work with groups or individuals, sharing skills in filming, editing, production and intv techniques.
